Within admissible quantity of fibers, fats and carbohydrates it is possible to select products from which depending on taste of the patient to prepare various dishes.
Sick of a diabetes should know, that all products share on three groups: 1. Almost deprived of carbohydrates: eggs, fats, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, spinach, meat and fish products (except a liver). 2. Containing there are not enough carbohydrates: the dairy, various vegetables, many berries, fruit (a beet, carrots, siliculose, sour apples). 3. Containing it is a lot of carbohydrates: products from cereals, a potato, sweet fruit, dried fruit.
From a diet sick the diabetes excludes sugar, honey, jam, sweets, chocolate and other products containing sugar. Farinaceous dishes and the products containing starch, in a diet are sharply limited, and carbohydrates containing in them are considered by quantity. Superfluous consumption of fibers and fats is inexpedient, as of fibers in an organism sick the diabetes forms carbohydrates, and from fats toxic products of a metabolism - acetone, atsetouksusnaja acid, etc. Besides, a considerable quantity of fats in food adversely influences a current quite often accompanying a diabetes of an atherosclerosis, diseases of heart, kidneys, a liver.
Now on sale it is possible to meet the culinary products made specially for sick diabetes in which few carbohydrates contain. Special kinds of bread concern them (belkovo-wheaten, belkovo-otrubjanoj), crackers, chocolate and sweets with saccharin, a zephyr with sorbite, etc.
